Want to learn how to translate your logical and analytical skills that you have to become Workday Analyst, HR Workday Analyst is responsible shall maintain quality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnel actions following current Human Resources policies and guidelines; providing technical support to Human Resources team globally.

This position is part of the Total Rewards Department and will be based in Bangalore, India to enable the Innovation & Core Growth by HR partnership via standard monthly metrics management and HRIS system

This position will work between 2 PM till 10 PM to cover the US clients

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with senior leadership and HR peers in support of key HR Analytics project
  • Lead through KPIs, using established tools and creative comparisons of data to change data into actionable information, and then sustained actions.
  • Maintain local and global HR data and workflow administration in HR information systems.
  • Collaborate with various IT / HR teams to understand flow of data, enhance monitoring, and analyze improvements for intercompany / inter departmental transfers / where needed.
  • Workday Pro supporting HR Business Partners, facilitate mass data uploads, assign Workday security roles, create supervisory organizations, Implement data integrity protocols and documentation to support audit compliance, risk mitigation, data privacy and SOX control.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, HR or equivalent
  • 2 + years’ Experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Analyst
  • Very good analytics and analysis skills with MS Excel
  • Ability to work with confidential data
  • Fluent English in written and spoken

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • HR data systems and reporting, extensive use of Workday as a Workday Pro.
  • Proficiency in use of data visualization tools like One Model or Power BI.
  • Handling PR PO payment process through SAP system
