The event features a Creativity Showcase followed by an exciting Garba and Dandiya session to bring everyone into the festive mood. Let’s celebrate the beauty of our traditions while building meaningful connections within the GHRC community. \n\nEvent Agenda:\n  \nWelcome \n\nHost welcomes GHRC members and guests.\nOpening remarks on the significance of Dussehra and its theme of good triumphing over evil.\nIntroduction to the event’s goals: celebrating creativity\, tradition\, and community connection.\n\nGHRC Creativity Showcase \n\nPerformances by GHRC members showcasing their creative talents:\n\nDance performances (Traditional and contemporary)\nSinging (Including festive and cultural songs)\nInstrumental acts\nCultural skits or storytelling inspired by Dussehra.\n\n\nEach performance will be 5-7 minutes long.\n\nBreak & Networking Session \n\nA short break for informal networking and discussions on how different cultures celebrate Dussehra.\nVirtual photo booth for attendees to capture their festive moments!\n\nGarba & Dandiya: Dance to the Festival Beat! \n\nIntroduction to Garba and Dandiya\, explaining their significance during Navratri and Dussehra.\nA lively dance session where everyone joins in the Garba festivities!\nVirtual attendees will be guided on how to participate from home.\n\nBest Ethnically Dressed Awards & Closing Remarks \n\nAnnouncement of the Best Ethnically Dressed Male & Female—winners will receive small festive-themed gifts.\nClosing remarks by GHRC organizers thanking everyone for their participation.\nGroup photo in festive attire to commemorate the evening.\n\n\nEntry Details:\n\nFree Entry for GHRC Members\n\nNominal Fee of ₹300 for Non-GHRC Members\nPayment link for non-members – https://rzp.io/l/WoI4YlEM \n\nPayment details for non-members will be shared upon registration.\n\n\nParticipation Information:\nIf you’d like to participate in the Creativity Showcase\, please send your details to Rithika Halakatti at rithika.h@globalhrcommunity.com by 15th October.
