Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Strategy Development and Investor Engagement:
• Lead the development of the strategic roadmap for Last Mile Mobility Business Division.
• Prepare compelling presentations and insights for external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and key functional leaders.
• Act as a key interface for aligning strategic priorities with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational focus and clarity.
• Performance Transformation: Operational Improvement and Cost Efficiency:
• Drive operational transformation projects with a strong focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring scalability.
• Lead the digitization and automation of processes across functions to enable operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
• Benchmark operational practices and metrics against industry leaders to set transformative targets and monitor progress effectively.
• CEO Dashboard and Strategic MIS:
• Design and maintain an executive dashboard to provide the CEO and leadership with real-time insights on business performance.
• Oversee the implementation of strategic MIS systems to support decision-making and the execution of key initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report the impact of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Education Qualification
Post-Graduation in Management from a premier institute
General Experience
• 8-10 years of experience in strategy development, operational transformation, and/or finance.
• Prior consulting experience in operational transformation, organizational strategy, or performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders, including investors, board members, and functional leaders.
• Proven track record in leading cost-efficiency initiatives and digitization projects in high-value consumer-facing industries (e.g., automotive, consumer durables).
Critical Experience
• Expertise in strategic planning, creating investor-grade presentations, and leading stakeholder communications.
• Strong knowledge of operational improvement methodologies, cost efficiency strategies, and process digitization.
• Deep understanding of the automotive and/or EV manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strategic Execution: Balances big-picture thinking with focused, actionable plans to achieve operational excellence and strategic goals.
• Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
