Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Your role includes, but is not limited to:

Strategic Internal Partner:
- Gather and leverage insights to contribute to Patient Journey mapping, launch excellence roadmap, integrated evidence generation plans, integrated product strategy, and medical strategy.
- Serve as the Medical, Clinical, and Scientific expert to field matrix colleagues for assigned therapeutic areas and Novartis compounds.

Data & Insights:
- Identify data gaps, data generation opportunities (RWE, implementation science, precision medicine).
- Address key unmet needs to improve patient access and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and map external stakeholders aligned with the medical strategy.
- Develop personalized, flexible engagement strategies using multiple channels and tailored content.

Evidence Communication:
- Deliver the right evidence to the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for data on marketed and pipeline compounds in a compliant and timely manner.

Clinical Trials & Medical Education:
- Support Novartis Clinical Trials and leverage digital channels for broader reach and impact.
- Lead impactful scientific events, exchanges, and medical education initiatives.

Professional & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Manage personal and professional development.
- Complete administrative tasks such as CRM tool updates, compliance training, and expense reporting.
- Promote and adhere to Ethics and Compliance Professional Practices Policy (P3).
- Collaborate with medical teams & HCPs to facilitate Managed Access Programs (MAPs) upon receipt of unsolicited requests.

Minimum Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Pharmacist, Master’s, or other post-graduate degree in health/life sciences.
- Doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a medical function within at least one therapeutic area.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare system, research procedures, and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills for engaging diverse audiences.
- Curious mindset with active listening skills and open-ended questioning to uncover insights.
- Ability to adapt, organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to leverage new technology, digital tools, and IT solutions for stakeholder management and insights gathering.
- Innovative, solution-oriented, and critical thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
- Strong personal integrity in all actions and behaviors.
