Job Summary:

As a Change Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Change Management guidelines, providing guidance to the team, and leading change initiatives for large-scale strategies. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining the Change Management process based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure team compliance with Change Management processes and provide necessary guidance.
• Lead Change Management processes for complex changes.
• Provide change tools and expertise to support project strategies, resources, and coordination.
• Execute strategic Change Management initiatives.
• Review and improve the Change Management process based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in Change Management methodologies.
• Strong product and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, listening, teaching, and coaching abilities.
• Good project management skills, including risk management, stakeholder management, and planning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Psychology.
• Certification in Change Management (preferred).
