🚀 From Building Communities to Driving Exponential Growth!

In the past nine months, my journey as an Entrepreneur in Residence with the Machani Group and my entrepreneurial collaborations with Ravi Machani Nathan SV , and Ramesh Ranjan have been incredibly fulfilling and transformative. Together, we have worked tirelessly to establish Visara Partners as one of the leading HR consulting and transformation services firms, driven by Nathan’s visionary leadership.

On the community front, Ramesh Ranjan has built a remarkable platform that building communities in the private and public spaces. In the public space, the Global HR Community (GHRC) has grown significantly, connecting People Managers and HR professionals worldwide and creating meaningful growth experiences for its members. On the private side, we are implementing this platform for some of India’s leading organizations, delivering exceptional results and insights.

With Ravi Machani, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to building a diversified ecosystem for the Machani Group in Energy , Humanoid, AI, etc , driving growth across multiple portfolios and sectors. This journey of innovation and collaboration has been an incredible learning experience.

Today, I am excited to announce my new role as CEO of Xarpie Labs , a next-generation technology company focused on enabling exponential growth through the implementation of disruptive technologies. Xarpie Labs has also signed a strategic partnership Singularity University (Singularity India ) to bring exponential thinking, an abundance mindset, and disruptive technologies to entrepreneurs, students and business leaders, helping them drive purpose in life and achieve 10X growth.
