In the quest to be a truly diverse workplace, there is a need to reflect on current hiring systems and implement the required changes. The project requires you to do an end to end analysis and implementation of procedural changes required to enhance the Diversity hiring at ITC Foods.

Key Tasks:

• Analyze the internal processes & policies to ensure inclusivity with respect to gender and persons with disability
• Understand the current diversity hiring ecosystem and conduct a gap analysis and propose changes
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate the efforts on Diversity Hiring
  
  

Ensure the current policies and processes in line with DEI Charter, creating talent sources across locations, create process to consolidate the Diversity Hiring Efforts across the division.
