• Annual Fee: ₹15,000 per annum + GST

3.2 Gold Listing

• Annual Fee: ₹50,000 per annum + GST
• Benefits:

    • One Annual Joint Conference: Co-host an annual joint conference with GHRC, providing a platform for extensive networking and knowledge sharing.
    • Quarterly Webinars: Host one webinar every quarter, positioning the company as a thought leader in the global health sector.
  • Comprehensive Newsletter Feature: Prominent feature in weekly newsletters with in-depth company profiles and success stories monthly
• Promotional Support:
  • Two Promotions per Month: Featured in two promotional campaigns each month across all GHRC communication channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the GHRC website.
  • Dedicated Marketing Support: Access to GHRC’s marketing team for tailored promotional strategies and campaigns.

4. Terms and Conditions

• Payment Terms: Annual fees are payable at the beginning of each listing term. Renewal notices will be sent 60 days prior to the expiration of the current term.
• Listing Maintenance: Companies must provide accurate and up-to-date information. GHRC reserves the right to remove or update listings as necessary.
• Promotion Scheduling: Promotional activities are subject to GHRC’s scheduling and resource availability. Requests for specific promotional dates must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
• Event Participation: Participation in events and webinars is subject to approval by the GHRC events committee. Companies must adhere to event guidelines and standards.

1. Submission of Application: Fill out the GHRC Directory Listing application form available on the GHRC website.
2. Payment of Fees: Submit the annual fee corresponding to the desired listing tier via the GHRC secure payment portal.

4. Confirmation: GHRC will review the application and confirm the listing within 7 business days.
