About the Role:
UNext Learning BFSI is looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager – Training to drive impactful training programs that enhance employee performance and promote continuous learning. If you have a flair for designing, delivering, and evaluating training solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and delivering tailored training programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to upskill employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on employee progress.
• Support the Training Manager in budgeting and managing training-related expenses.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in training and development or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels.
• Proficiency in training tools/software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in designing e-learning solutions is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
