PENNEP is seeking a talented and motivated Associate UI/UX Designer to join our client’s design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or an individual with a passion for UI/UX design to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and media guidelines.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency in design across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors, specifically for media consumption and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing user experience and interface design.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure design elements are integrated smoothly into media projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the media industry.
  
  

Requirements

• Basic experience in UI/UX design, including proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for web and mobile applications.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design ideas.
• Enthusiasm for working in the media industry and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.
  
  

Nice to Have

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as InVision or Balsamiq. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development practices. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with animation and interactive design. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and media publishing platforms

Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree in these fields).
