EThames encourages entrepreneurship and has launched its own incubator centre, which provides funding to promising business ideas and startups.

UBUNTU - I AM BECAUSE YOU ARE
UbuntU is a one-of-its-kind student mastermind group consisting of upto 15 students from the same batch who meet for 3 hours, once in a fortnight outside the classroom. They not only help each other learn and arrive at their goals but also get an opportunity to expand their horizons through real-life and real-time case studies and experiences. UbuntU is an ideal platform for self-discovery and personal development. It is a practical and experiential lab for the students to practice their communication, emotional, and leadership skills.

MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
We promote academic excellence through our merit scholarship programme, offering 50% and 100% scholarships. Each semester, up to 2 top-performing students in each course who score more than 9.6 CGPA are eligible for 100% scholarship. And, up to 10% of the students in each course are eligible for 50% scholarsip if they score more than 9.1 CGPA.
ELabZ - A STUDENT SANDBOX
EThames has a special programme for students who aspire to become job creators rather than job seekers. A full-fledged incubation centre called ELabZ helps inspire budding entrepreneurs, providing them education, mentorship, and funding support. EThames is the only non-engineering college to have an incubator for the students.
ETHAMES COIN - CRYPTO PLATFORM FOR STUDENTS
Blockchain technology is revolutionising global commerce including the currency, with new business models emerging every day. EThames Coin has been introduced to familiarise students with Crypto Currency, where students can actually earn Crypto Coins on merit of their performance. In fact, these Coins can be traded within the EThames student community and also redeemed for cash at the time of their graduation from the college.
E-TALKS - INSPIRATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS BY GUEST SPEAKERS
E-Talks is an inspirational talk series wherein real-world achievers from various walks of life are invited to interact with EThames students on a regular basis. We run various series of talks such as Leadership Series, wherein we invite high achievers in the real world to address our students and Career Guidance Series, wherein we invite globally renowned professors and top-notch professionals in the area of career counseling. A PERSONAL SUCCESS COURSE
The Personal Success Course, spanning 3 years and divided into 6 semesters, covers 18 topics such as different modes of thinking, understanding dreams, assessing strengths, and developing communication skills. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion. This programme aims to cultivate personal development, leadership qualities, and a positive mindset for success. Recognising the significance of personal qualities, EThames emphasises personality development alongside academic excellence, acknowledging their crucial role in professional success, as highlighted by the World Economic Forum.
