Mihir Kumar Jhaveri: 4 Years as IOD Fellow Member

Mihir Kumar Jhaveri, a distinguished corporate leader, celebrates four impactful years as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), India. This recognition, received at the iconic BSE International Convention Hall, Mumbai, also certified him as an Independent Director, marking a significant milestone in his journey of corporate governance and leadership.

The honor was conferred by eminent leaders Shailesh Haribhakti [GCB.D] and Vikesh Wallia, and remains a proud moment in Mihir’s career. Adding to this distinction, he successfully cleared the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test for Independent Directors, conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, with expertise spanning Company Law, SEBI Regulations, CSR, Insider Trading, and Board Committees.

To Mihir, these recognitions reflect a deeper commitment to ethical leadership, ESG-focused governance, and strategic foresight in shaping resilient and future-ready organizations.
