Jayesh Patil, a long-standing pillar of QeMFG, isn’t just a colleague; he’s the quiet force who gets things done. From the early days of the Smart PPS journey to now shaping the IATF ERP & CRM product, Jayesh has consistently taken ownership with sincerity and grace. His calm nature, technical excellence, and willingness to guide others—even during long evenings of debugging make him a true leader. He embodies the truth that leadership doesn’t always need a microphone; sometimes, it speaks through presence, patience, and reliability.

On the other hand, Kaushal Jangid, though new to the team, has effortlessly become the “cool guy” everyone enjoys working with. His energy, adaptability, and positive vibe have blended seamlessly into the team’s rhythm. Watching Jayesh and Kaushal one seasoned, one new connect so naturally was a powerful reminder of what genuine team chemistry looks like.
