TeenCEO™: Shaping the Next Generation of Leaders at EThames Business School

The inaugural TeenCEO™ batch brought together 30 enthusiastic students for an intensive 10-day leadership journey designed to inspire confidence, critical thinking, collaboration, and entrepreneurial excellence. The programme provided participants with a unique platform to explore real-world business concepts, develop leadership capabilities, and gain practical insights into the challenges and opportunities of the modern world.

At the heart of this transformative initiative was Vandana Mamidanna, Vice President – Teen Leadership Programmes at EBS. From conceptualization and curriculum design to programme execution and student engagement, she played a pivotal role in bringing TeenCEO™ to life. Her dedication and commitment ensured a meaningful and enriching learning experience for every participant.
