Technology is poised to disrupt HR and redefine the future of the human resource department. Today, every aspect of HR is impacted by the tools of technology to further enhance people processes and workforce capabilities.

These digital disruptor’s are bringing major changes in the human resources industry and the management solutions that are used. Technology has completely redefined the role of human resources worldwide, from being an administrative unit in the organization to its increasing role as a strategic partner in growing the business.

A 2018 U.S. survey showed that 77% of HR leaders use data analysis to better understand how to communicate with employees while 79% use automated HR solutions to help them take a more strategic role in their organization.

I was asked to talk on Artificial Intelligence in HR (Interview) by Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore and the same has been published in “DOMAIN – Journal of Management & Research” published by them.

I am addressing these questions :

  3. How quick is the adoption of HR-related AI technologies in the Indian business arena?
