He is a mentor at E-Cell, IIT Bombay, fostering startups in Asia’s largest business model competition. With leadership roles in Schneider Electric India, American Power Conversion, Chevron Texaco/Caltex India, Praxair India, Co Systems India, Indian Herbs & ITI, Ranjan brings a wealth of experience. He has been actively involved in sharing his knowledge & experiences at leading B Schools in Bangalore like XIME, WE School, NMIMS, IFIM, Christ University, ISME and is also a visiting professor at the prestigious Prague University of Economics & Business. A multifaceted professional, Ranjan was the past Vice President & Secretary of NHRD Bangalore Chapter, AMCHAM, and the Roundtable of HR Directors of Petroleum Companies. He is also the author of the Amazon Best Seller “”Making People Count: How to measure the ROI on Human Capital” a book on HR Analytics with a foreword by Dave Ulrich.
