A multifaceted professional, Ranjan was the past Vice President & Secretary of NHRD Bangalore Chapter, AMCHAM, and the Roundtable of HR Directors of Petroleum Companies. He is also the author of the Amazon Best Seller “”Making People Count: How to measure the ROI on Human Capital” a book on HR Analytics with a foreword by Dave Ulrich.
