GHRC Knowledge Repository Submission Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in contributing to our Knowledge Repository. To maintain the quality and integrity of contributions, we ask that you adhere to the following submission guidelines. These ensure that our content is not only valuable but also compliant with legal and ethical standards.
1. Content Requirements
- Originality: All submissions must be original work. You must ensure that your contributions are created by you and have not been published elsewhere.
- Relevance: Content should be pertinent to HR professionals and aligned with the interests and values of the GHRC community.
- Accuracy: Ensure all factual statements and references are verifiable and up-to-date.
2. Submission Formats
Submissions can be made in various formats including articles, research papers, case studies, videos, and presentations. Please ensure your submissions are in a format that is accessible and convenient for review (e.g., DOCX, PDF, MP4).
3. Certificate of Originality
Through this submission you declare that the work is original and acknowledging that it has not been published or submitted elsewhere. If so, you have the right to republish this here and have taken permission to republish it here.
4. Copyright and Ownership
- No Copyright Infringement: Contributors are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not violate copyright laws. This includes text, images, videos, and any other materials that may be protected by copyright.
- Rights to Use: By submitting content to GHRC, contributors grant GHRC the right to use, distribute, and display the content in relation to GHRC activities.
5. Content Guidelines
- No Offensive Content: Submissions must not contain offensive, inflammatory, or derogatory content. This includes avoiding language that is discriminatory or harmful towards any individual or group based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
