With an illustrious career spanning more than 20 years, Pravasi has profoundly shaped the L&D landscape with hisexceptional contributions and visionary leadership. Over the last decade, he has held leadership positions in EY, UHG, and Kipi driving learning and growth initiatives that impact business outcomes.
A thought leader in L&D, Pravasi holds certifications from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and more, alongside two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate in progress. His research andleadership focus on strategy, innovation, and value creation in business organizations.
 Pravasi’s expertise and thought leadership extend beyond the corporate sphere into academia and global conferences. He is associated with esteemed educational institutions, such as IIM Sambalpur, serving as guest faculty, where he shares his experiences and insights with future leaders. His contributions to the field have also earned him invitations to prestigious conferences as a keynote speaker, including Cambridge University, where he presented his groundbreaking research on the personalization of learning.
