About Mukund
M.A. Mukund is a seasoned HR professional with over 24 years of experience in human resources, built on a strong technical foundation in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO sectors. With an overall professional experience of 32+ years, he brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and human resource leadership to the life sciences domain.
He began his career as a scientific researcher in drug discovery, clinical research, and formulations development/manufacturing before transitioning into HR. Over the years, he has worked with both Indian and global life science organizations, taking on roles as an HR generalist as well as a specialist in learning & development.
Mukund holds the prestigious ICF-PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation and is also certified as a Team Management Profile (TMP) trainer, based on the Margerison-McCann team-working model. In addition, he holds a certification as a Certified Organizational Development Analyst (CODA).
His HR expertise spans across employee engagement, employee lifecycle management, rewards and recognition, performance management, talent development, and organizational development—particularly in research-driven, knowledge-intensive environments.
