He serves as a Professor of HR at IFIM School of Management and a visiting Professor at esteemed institutions such as WE School, NMIMS, ISME, Jain University, XIME, and Christ University in Bangalore. His influence extends globally, as he is also a Visiting Professor at Prague University of Economics & Business in the Czech Republic.
