I’m Rashmi Salhotra, founder of Rare Talks. I work with senior leaders to help them communicate with more clarity, confidence, and authenticity—especially in this fast-changing, tech-heavy world we’re all navigating.
After nearly 2 decades of training employees across various industries, I’m now focusing on supporting leaders in multinational companies through my Authentic Communication Program, designed to help them lead and communicate with impact.

I lead a dedicated team that includes over 45 freelance trainers and a robust group of talented managers, all focused on empowering individuals to excel in their personal and professional interactions.
I’m driven by data but inspired by real human transformations.
