You Got Talent, a premier event by the Global HR Community (GHRC), is designed to uncover hidden talents within the corporate and academic worlds. It emphasizes the integration of work-life and study-life, celebrating creativity and personal passions that go beyond professional and academic roles. The initiative encourages participants to showcase their talents, fostering holistic growth, community engagement, and inclusion.

Participants can showcase their talents in:

Eligibility
- Corporate employees and students (18+)
- Open to individual and group entries across all levels, including executives and faculty.
Event Format
- Performing Arts: Audition rounds, semi-finals (virtual), and live grand finale in Bangalore.
- Visual Arts: In-person art creation, judged by a jury, with an auction benefiting charity.
Registration Details:
- Free Registration for the first 1000 participants!
- Paid Registration applies after the first 1000 entries.
- Delegate Entry Fee: ₹500 per head.
Last Date for Nomination & Submission of Videos : 30 November 2024.

Evaluation
- Preliminary Evaluation: Based on views, likes, and comments on the GHRC website & evaluation by a Panel.
- Second Round : Top 30 from Preliminary Round will go into the 2nd Round of Competition. Evaluation done virtually online
- Grand Finale: Top 10 from 2nd Round will go into the Finals. A live event in Bangalore, judged by corporate, academic, and entertainment experts.
Impact
- Enhances engagement, boosts morale, and promotes diversity in corporate and academic cultures.
- Encourages a life-work/study synergy, supporting personal passions that inspire professional and academic excellence.

- Awards: Trophies, certificates, and cash prizes for the top 3 winners in each category.
