Coming together, keeping together and working together – is what I experience as a new member at the Global HR community( GHRC).I have had the incredible opportunity to connect with passionate people in the team. What I observe is that there is enormous exchange of ideas and thoughts when people from diverse backgrounds and communities came together. The articles published on LinkedIn by yourself, the engaging webinars organised by Suba and the core team and the in- person activities make it worthwhile an investment of my time and energy thus far. I look forward to a productive and engaging journey.

As a solopreneur, finding a sense of community and connection can be challenging, but the Global HR Community has truly filled that gap for me. The events, learnings, and celebrations have not only been enjoyable but incredibly enriching. I’ve gained valuable insights, networked with like-minded professionals, and accessed opportunities that would otherwise be difficult to find outside of traditional organizations. Being part of such a supportive community has been a game-changer, providing the camaraderie and professional growth that solopreneurs often miss. I’m grateful to be a part of this inspiring network.

I found the recent GHRC event truly remarkable, especially the chance to see prominent HR figures together, including the “father of modern HR” and leaders on the future of the field. Since joining GHRC in February, I’ve enjoyed watching the platform grow with frequent updates and increasing engagement. I love the flexibility it offers to share different types of content, like blogs, thought leadership, and podcast highlights. One suggestion I have is to launch a mobile app, which would make it easier to stay connected and engaged without being limited to a desktop. Overall, I’m excited to keep contributing to this dynamic community.
