Should Back to Office be mandatory?
The COVID pandemic had mandated Work from Home. Now that the pandemic has subsided many a organisations are realising the need for mandating employees to Come back to Office and work. The reasons are:
- Employee Productivity
- Organisation Culture
- Team Work/Building
- Customer Satisfaction
Initially many Organisations allowed a Hybrid Working system where employees were allowed to work for a few days from their homes and a few days at Office. But now many organisations are mandating employees to come back to office and work.
Do you think this is right? Will it work? Will there be another round of ‘Great Resignation”
