InUnity’s Bandobast App Wins FICCI Smart Policing Award 2025 – A Milestone in Smart Policing

Their latest innovation, the Bandobast App, developed for the Mangalore City Police, has been recognized at the national level, winning the prestigious FICCI Smart Policing Award 2025 in the Smart Police Station category. The app stood out among 127 entries from across India, showcasing its potential to revolutionize event security management.

Addressing a Real Challenge

The Bandobast App was designed to tackle a significant challenge faced by law enforcement—efficient security planning and coordination for large-scale events. Whether it’s ensuring the safety of dignitaries or managing high-security public gatherings like Dasara, the app enhances operational efficiency by building an institutional memory, enabling police officers to plan smarter with data-driven insights.

Under the leadership of CTO Preetham Kulal, the passionate team at InUnity collaborated closely with Mangalore City Police to develop a solution that is both practical and impactful. The initiative was spearheaded under the guidance of Police Commissioner Anupam Agrawal and DCP (Law & Order) Siddarth Goyal, ensuring that the app was tailored to meet the specific needs of law enforcement personnel.
