🔹 Pre-Sales Support – Assist the sales team with technical demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
🔹 Customer Engagement – Understand client security needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
🔹 Post-Sales Support – Ensure smooth implementation, customer training, and follow-ups.
🔹 Reporting & Analysis – Maintain CRM records, analyze sales trends, and provide insights.

Required Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
📜 Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):
✔ CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
✔ CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
✔ CompTIA Security+
