About the Role:

HRagile.Org is looking for a visionary Co-Founder to join our leadership team with a 1CR investment. You will work closely with the existing team to ensure business success and market expansion.

✅ Develop and implement strategic business plans
✅ Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives

✔ Strong analytical and research skills
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Expertise in sales and marketing strategies
✔ Proven leadership experience and strategic planning ability
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
✔ Commitment to investing 1CR in the business
✔ Experience in the HR or technology industry (preferred)
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
