About the Role:

Venturesoft is looking for an experienced L2 Wireless Network Engineer with a strong background in wireless networking & software integration. If you’re skilled in troubleshooting, network optimization, and automation, this is your chance to join a dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Network Maintenance & Support – Provide L2 support, troubleshoot issues & optimize performance
🔹 Configuration & Implementation – Deploy & configure wireless network devices (APs, controllers, etc.)
🔹 Software Integration & Automation – Work on network automation & monitoring tools
🔹 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain network records & generate performance reports
🔹 Collaboration & Communication – Work with IT teams, vendors & service providers

Required Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
📜 Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):
✔ CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator)
✔ CCNA Wireless (Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless)
✔ CWSP (Certified Wireless Security Professional)

Skills & Competencies:

✅ Strong knowledge of wireless networking (Wi-Fi 6, WPA3, 802.11ax)
✅ Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus network hardware & software
✅ Expertise in network security & monitoring tools
✅ Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
✅ Strong communication & teamwork abilities
