We are looking for a visionary, driven, and dynamic Co-Founder to lead Business Development for Corporate Tie-Ups. This role offers the chance to be part of a transformative journey, building impactful corporate partnerships and driving our growth.

Your Role:

🎯 Business Development & Corporate Engagement:

• Identify and secure corporate tie-ups with organizations across diverse industries like IT, healthcare, finance, and more.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities in corporate learning.

🎯 Program Customization & Promotion:

• Collaborate with clients to tailor training solutions to their specific needs.
• Promote leadership, project management (e.g., PMP), digital transformation, and soft skills programs.

🎯 Client Relationship Management:

• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers like CXOs and HR leaders.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality training solutions.

🎯 Revenue Generation & Strategic Growth:

• Drive revenue through corporate partnerships and enterprise solutions.
• Align business development strategies with 1Demy’s mission and vision.

🎯 Branding & Thought Leadership:

• Represent 1Demy at industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Create impactful proposals and marketing materials for business development.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnerships, preferably in education or training.
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage senior corporate leaders.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
✅ Familiarity with corporate learning trends and customized solutions.
✅ Based in Bangalore, with a willingness to travel for meetings/events.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
