Job Description: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms. You should be skilled in content creation, social media management, and data analysis to optimize performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to align with the brands tone and goals.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, and messages, and managing interactions.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Excellent communication and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have: Experience with SEO, content marketing, or influencer marketing.

Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
