Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team at the R&D Hub in Manyata Business Park, Bangalore. You will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier talent for our Research and Development teams. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to recruitment, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring we attract the best candidates to drive our future innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for R&D roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Identify, engage, and attract top talent using various sourcing methods.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews, provide recommendations, and assist in the offer process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements and report on recruitment performance.
- Foster strong relationships with business leaders to understand evolving hiring needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical or R&D roles.
- Strong understanding of the talent market, especially in the technology and engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
