Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts.
  • Qualitative engagement with merchants.
  • Identifying business requirements and providing solutions
  • Action planning for the GMV impact.
  • Analyze the performance of the account.
  • Constantly liaise with other teams like Tech, Product, and Analytics to work on merchant feedback and new features.
