Job Opportunity: Business Analyst at iSpace Technologies
Experience: 7-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days
Shift Timing: PST hours (7 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Position Overview:
iSpace Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in media asset management and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency and innovation across projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in media asset management platforms, workflows, and use cases.
- Proven ability to use technology for solving business challenges.
- Expertise in business stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional requirements, process flows, and business rules.
- Knowledge of marketing, creative, promo, and programming workflows (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and Mindmap is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for breaking down business problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience in creating project documentation, test plans, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
- Knowledge of IIBA BABOK or similar business analysis frameworks is advantageous.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and PST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize workflows for intuitive and efficient end-to-end processes.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Ensure functional usability, ergonomics, and compliance with department standards.
- Provide technical and functional support across multiple business divisions.
- Participate in UAT by creating test cases and documenting results.
- Proactively identify and escalate areas for improvement to drive cost savings and efficiencies.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Education & Training:
- Background in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in business/system analysis or functional project management.
- Hands-on knowledge in media, entertainment, news, or broadcast industries (preferred).
- Experience managing software development and defining complex requirements.
