Position Overview:
Indivillage Tech Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to lead our IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee IT policies, infrastructure, team training, web software development, vendor integrations, and efficiency enhancements, ensuring seamless operations and robust IT security across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Policy Setup & Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC).
  • Regularly update policies to meet evolving technology and business needs.

2. IT Infrastructure Management

  • Manage IT infrastructure: systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, and more.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
  • Oversee system upgrades, configurations, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Arrange regular audits and optimize IT expenditure with vendor evaluations.

3. Efficiency Initiatives

  • Implement VPNs, conduct security audits, and launch phishing prevention programs.
  • Identify tools/processes to boost productivity and streamline operations.
  • Train staff on new technologies and best practices.

4. Web Software Development

  • Coordinate internal and external web development projects.
  • Oversee design, development, and deployment of web applications.
  • Ensure projects align with timelines and business goals.

5. Vendor Integration Management

  • Manage seamless integration with third-party vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.

6. Team Training & Development

  • Develop technical training programs for team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Mentor the team and address skill gaps to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Experience in web software development and vendor management.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications like ITIL or PMP are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity principles.

Work Environment:

  • Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
  • On-call support availability during off-hours as needed.
