Main Responsibilities
Workplace Strategy & Experience:
- Develop and implement a long-term workplace strategy aligned with company values.
 - Manage the reorganization and optimization of workplace environments to accommodate growth.
 - Oversee the design, digitalization, and homogenization of workplace experiences across all sites.
 - Lead transformation projects, including the refurbishment of communal spaces and creating a cohesive experience for employees and visitors. 
 
Travel Management
- Formulate and oversee the group’s travel strategy.
 - Ensure effective execution and alignment of travel policies across the organization.
 - Collaborate with various teams to ensure travel strategies support business goals. 
 
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team focused on workplace and travel experiences.
 - Foster a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments such as HR, Sales, and Education.
 - Promote a human-centered approach, ensuring employee satisfaction and well-being. 
 
Project Management
- Drive transformation projects, particularly in workplace optimization and digitalization.
 - Align workplace initiatives with the company’s strategic roadmap.
 - Manage budgets and ensure project milestones are met. 
 
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the HR team to integrate workplace strategies with HR processes.
 - Coordinate with the Real Estate department to ensure the alignment of physical spaces with company growth.
 - Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization. 
 
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing workplace environments and travel strategies, ideally within a multi-site setup.
 - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
 - Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving and implementing transformation projects.
 - Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
 - Experience with digital tools and platforms to enhance workplace and travel management.
