Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including market reports, news articles, and financial statements.
• Maintain and update databases of market and competitive intelligence information.
• Maintain an overall list of industry peers by business and company profiles for strategic peers
• Prepare and present regular reports on market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the development of ad-hoc strategic recommendations and the overall strategic plan based on market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Strategic Planning, Growth, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate and work with the Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, and IRAD teams on various strategic initiatives / ad-hoc projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with market research tools, CRMs, and SharePoint is a plus.
