Leadership
Definition – Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal.
Leadership is the art of inspiring, guiding, and influencing individuals or groups towards a common goal or vision. It involves the ability to effectively communicate, make decisions, and foster collaboration within a team or organization. Effective leadership encompasses various traits such as empathy, integrity, vision, and adaptability. Great leaders empower others, encourage innovation, and lead by example. They possess the skills to motivate, mentor, and develop individuals, driving both personal and organizational growth. Ultimately, leadership is about creating positive change, driving progress, and achieving success through collective effort and shared purpose.
“Leadership is a function of knowing yourself, having a vision that is well communicated, building trust among colleagues, and taking effective action to realize your own leadership potential.”
