Manish Alagh has been elevated as Distribution Head – Partnership & Direct at Kotak Life, where he will lead multiple distribution verticals including Bancassurance, Digital Business, Corporate Agency & Brokers, Direct Marketing, Wealth Circle, and Strategic Alliances. In this role, his priorities will be to strengthen partnerships, accelerate digital adoption, and build a future-ready distribution ecosystem.
With an impressive career spanning nearly three decades in BFSI, including 25 years in Life Insurance, Manish brings deep expertise in distribution leadership, agency transformation, and strategic alliances. Over the past 13 years at Kotak Life, he has played a pivotal role in scaling the Tied Agency into a high-performance, growth-driven business. Prior to this, he was part of the founding leadership team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited for 12 years and also contributed to GE Countrywide Consumer Finance Limited, where he pioneered consumer finance in India.
An alumnus of INSEAD Business School (France & Singapore), Manish is widely recognized for his ability to scale agency and direct distribution channels through visionary strategy and strong last-mile execution.
