Deep Work

Coined by Georgetown University Professor Cal Newport, deep work refers to a state of peak concentration where focus, creativity and the quality of work is maximised and every distraction is removed.

Professor Cal Newport has also published a book on the same in 2016, titled “Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success in a Distracted World” where he describes the tremendous benefits of deep work and outlines how one can master this “superpower”.
