• Accountability Ladder

Leaders are both born and made.

Born leaders learn the importance of accountability early on in life. Its either learnt naturally or through circumstances.

Leaders who learn to become one, learn accountability through experience. Nevertheless, accountability is an important leadership trait.

There are two dimensions to accountability – self accountability: holding oneself accountable for one’s own actions and outcomes!

      – holding others accountable: this is not a mere fault finding mission! It’s about helping the team mates to succeed by – showing them the mirror and helping them to improve.
