This excuse, while seemingly insurmountable, stands as a formidable barrier not just to our creative pursuits but to our sense of fulfillment. It’s a narrative I once subscribed to, until I decided to challenge it head-on. Confronting this excuse required me to scrutinize its validity, leading me to an experiment that would drastically alter my perception: committing to just fifteen minutes a day to my art.
