• Neurodiversity at Work: The Inclusion You Might Be Missing

      In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, diversity and inclusion are more than buzzwords—they’re essential for innovation and growth. But amid the focus on race, gender, and culture, one form of diversity is often overlooked: neurodiversity.

The solution lies in flexibility—adapting interview formats, offering quiet workspaces, and promoting a culture where different working styles are not only accepted but celebrated.

      Inclusion isn’t complete without neurodiversity. By embracing all minds, we create stronger, more innovative, and more human workplaces
