      • Yes @unnathisvashista handling Customers is not easy, but when managed well it is rewarding. More over a repeat customer is more beneficial than scouting for new customers. Your key principles are great piece of advise. I especially liked Honesty. Its very important to be honest with our customers and even if we make mistakes or ommissions, if we are transparent and honest, the customers will empathise and support us.
