Umesh is a seasoned and strategic HR leader with expertise across all facets of human resources. With a strong business acumen and a result-oriented approach, he has played a pivotal role in establishing HR as a central function within organizations. His experience in building and scaling global services businesses reflects his vision of creating a globally admired company.
Beyond HR leadership, Umesh is deeply involved in multiple ventures. He serves as the Director of BrainTree Consulting Inc., a global staffing company in the USA, and BraintreeHr Consulting Inc. Consulting Pvt Ltd, an HR consulting and staffing firm in India. He is the Founder and Board Member of Anmol Education Association in Davangere, which operates a creative CBSE school with 900 students, a hostel, and a sprawling 10-acre campus. Additionally, he mentors and advises Bapuji B School and was a Governor-nominated syndicate member of Davangere University from 2010 to 2013.
Committed to professional and entrepreneurial development, he established BrainTree Center for Excellence, an HR business school in Bangalore, and BrainTree Corporate Academy, a consulting and advisory hub for young entrepreneurs. His social impact initiatives include BrainTree HR Foundation, an NGO working in collaboration with the Karnataka government to provide skill development training for rural school children.
