        This magnificent research highlights a known problem in many organizations: middle managers and the pressure placed on these managers who have important responsibility and keep the business machine running. Without them the company would be sick and it is imperative that HR and business leaders become aware of their contribution and support them every day with the three recommendations proposed by the researchers.
