CEO pay soars
Average pay for chief executive officers (CEO) in India’s listed companies reached ₹7.2 crore per annum in FY24, marking a 9% year-on-year increase, shows data from Resource Bridge. While CEO compensation more than doubled over the last 10 years, pay for chief financial officers (CFO) grew at a moderate pace, with average annual salaries reaching ₹2.3 crore in FY24.
