      Raj Ambekar Joins PI Industries as Global Head of Talent Management

      With over 25 years of extensive experience in HR and leadership, Raj has built a reputation for driving transformation and nurturing organizational excellence at leading global enterprises. Before joining PI Industries, he served as Head of HR & Communications at AXA Global Business Services (AXA GBS), where he oversaw HR, communications, and CSR initiatives across India, Morocco, and Poland.

      His career journey also includes senior leadership roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Wipro, A.P. Moller – Maersk, and Monsanto Company, where he played a key role in talent transformation, organizational development, and leadership capability building.

      Raj’s appointment reflects PI Industries’ strong commitment to cultivating a future-ready workforce and strengthening its global leadership pipeline.
