I’m excited to share that I’ve been invited to be a reviewer for The International Journal of Human Resource Management – a top-tier research journal (ABDC – A).
This is both an honor and a responsibility. Reviewing manuscripts is not just about providing constructive feedback to strengthen the quality of research, it’s also an invaluable opportunity to learn from fellow researchers:
- How they identify and address research gaps
- How they frame and approach a research problem
- How they present their findings in ways that can shape future studies
