Be The Voice That Breaks The Silence Of Fear
We are all so indoctrinated to be in compliance with the norms that are set by the Society and the proximate organisations we are bound together by that ridiculous at times as they may sound , we still strive to be acquiescent of these traditions and norms. Unknowingly, we start even fearing the idea of non-compliance with them.
All you may need is an innocent newcomer to unknowingly question these …. to soon realise the frailty behind such old norms, traditions and practices that were set for reasons that may no longer be true !
In a jungle pond where animals gathered silently, a naive deer innocently shattered the quietude. Unaware of the hidden fear that kept them mute, the deer’s chatter revealed the irrationality behind their hushed traditions. The animals, warning of a sleeping Monster, were stunned as the deer boldly called out, inviting the unknown entity to reveal itself.
To their surprise, no Monster emerged, no calamity ensued. Laughter replaced fear as the animals realized the baselessness of their silence. The once-muted pond now echoes with joy and camaraderie, all thanks to the deer’s unwitting courage.
Doesn’t this tale resonate beyond the jungle, urging a reevaluation of entrenched norms and fears in traditional settings. Sometimes, a fresh perspective, like that of the innocent deer, is all it takes to dispel unfounded anxieties and embrace change.
Be the voice that challenges outdated fears, fostering a culture of openness and growth. All you really need at times is the innocent deer to drive out irrational fears !!!
This story has a lot many implications for classical organisations and their rigid cultures, norms and practices…all which may need to be re-tested. Sometimes, fears may not be real. They are nurtured mindlessly .
Be the voice that breaks the silence of fear.
